Privacy

This notice covers this website. Payments, and the personal details you enter at checkout (such as your name, email and billing details), are handled by Tebex Limited as controller under the Tebex privacy policy. We never see your card or payment details.

What this website uses

• Your Minecraft username, so the Dark Matter is delivered to the right account. It is sent to Tebex with your order.
• Your IP address. Your browser starts the order with Tebex directly, so Tebex sees your IP address, as it does on any Tebex store (used for tax and fraud checks).
• Two cookies that keep your order and username between pages. They are needed for the store to work, are removed when you press Change or finish paying, and expire after 7 days. We use no tracking or advertising cookies.
• Player heads next to your username are loaded from mc-heads.net, which receives your IP address when it serves the image.
• Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operation.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. For payment data, contact Tebex as described in their privacy policy. If you are in the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
