Store terms
These terms cover purchases from the CelestialPvP store. Payments are processed by Tebex Limited, the reseller and merchant of record, under the Tebex terms and conditions, which you accept at checkout. Where these terms and Tebex's differ, Tebex's apply to the payment itself.
What you are buying
- Dark Matter is virtual currency for use on the CelestialPvP network. You spend it in game with /store on any realm.
- It has no real-world value and cannot be cashed out, transferred, or exchanged for real money.
- You must be at least 16 to buy, as required by Tebex.
Before you buy
- Check that your Minecraft username is entered correctly. Dark Matter goes to the account you enter.
- Delivery usually takes 5 to 15 minutes. Being online at the time of purchase is advised.
- Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
If your Dark Matter hasn't arrived
If a few hours have passed, open a store-issue ticket on our Discord. Explain what happened and include proof of payment (your Tebex receipt) so a member of management can help. For payment problems you can also contact Tebex support.
Refunds, chargebacks and bans
- All purchases are final. You will not be refunded if you stop playing, are banned, or otherwise lose access to the network.
- Chargebacks and payment disputes lead to a permanent CelestialPvP network blacklist and remove anything bought with the disputed payment.
- If you break these terms, we may remove any paid-for service and may ban you.
- Purchases are intended to last for the life of the server.
- Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right of withdrawal described in the Tebex terms.
Where the money goes
Every purchase goes to the CelestialPvP network: keeping the servers running, building new content and paying the developers who make our custom plugins. Thank you for supporting the server.
Changes
We may change these terms. The version shown here when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase.
